I remember how I felt when I first started my journey towards living a mentally, physically and spiritually healthier life. It felt scary and challenging at first. I wasn’t sure where to get started or whether change was possible. But in time and with support I gained strength and wisdom and so can you!
Choosing the right support can be challenging at times because everyone has different needs and goals. My approach is to respond to your unique situation, by developing individually tailored sessions that are inclusive of Life Coaching, Mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapies.
Through personalized sessions, I will support your path in becoming more aware of how you think, feel and act in the present moment. I provide insight into ways in which you can overcome any unfinished business in order to live at your full potential.
You can talk to me about issues that you may not be able to easily talk about with a friend or family member. I act as a set of professionally trained eyes who can help you see things more clearly and objectively. In our sessions I will support you on this journey and guide you in improving your relationship with yourself; starting with loving yourself unconditionally and with compassion, letting go of limiting beliefs, doubts and unhealthy patterns of behavior that negatively effect your relationships, career, health and overall well-being.
